Withdrawal Policy Reminders

- Withdrawal forms are due on the 1st of the month for the following month.
- Ex: If you swim in September and October and would like to stop swimming at the end of October, a withdrawal form must be completed by October 1.
Reminder:
- Fees will be charged on the 5th of every month for the following month. If you do not submit a withdrawal form by the 1st of the month, you will be charged on the 5th and enrolled for the following month.
- There are no refunds or credits towards a future month once we have begun processing monthly payments on the 1st of the month.
- Once you are inactive, you can no longer book makeups, family swims, or swaps.
- NJAC provides a variety of pools, class days and times, and so much more when it comes to customization! NJAC also has a DIVERSE TEAM of teachers that come from all different backgrounds. We know that finding the right personality and teaching style is crucial to the success of each child and we hire all different teachers intentionally for this reason. You can request what you want! Before you withdraw, ASK if you would like to make a change to your class!
