How to Submit a Transfer Request
Step 1:
Register for the new class in your customer portal immediately. Do not wait for the office to transfer you—spots fill quickly!Step 2:
Submit the Transfer Request Form. Transfers are effective immediately—only register when you’re ready to switch days/times.Step 3:
Wait for an email confirmation from the office. Your transfer is not final until it’s approved.Step 4:
Once approved:- Any extra fees from registration will be removed.
- The old class will be removed from your account
- The new class will stay in your portal.
Step 5:
Check your portal after receiving the confirmation email and reply to confirm that the old class is gone and the new class is listed.
You must register for the new class immediately — submitting the form alone does not complete the transfer.
* Do not forget to register in your portal immediately for your new class. Registering for the new class in the portal is your final step in this process and submitting this form will not complete your request. By checking this box you agree to the transfer rules.
