Clinic Programs – 1 hour class
This program is designed to transition swimmers from Advanced 6 to clinics, giving these swimmers a chance to build up to the full 25 yard pool. The curriculum is heavily focused on developing legal technique in all 4 strokes as well as a lifelong love and respect for water safety. Swimmers will improve long and short-axis strokes using a variety of drills and detailed technique work.
The curriculum for our Junior 1 is similar to our Advanced 6 class within our Learn to Swim program but with a competitive focus. This class transitions swimmers from the Advanced Learn to Swim 45 minute class to this 60 minute class. All swimmers who move from our smaller pools will begin in Advanced 5/6 and move to Junior 1 once they are ready for this endurance component.
Junior 1 is a swimmer’s first step into a larger class size, competitive length pool, and mimics a pre-swim team atmosphere to jumpstart a love and passion for higher level aquatic training.
Junior 1 swimmers are encouraged but not required to swim at least twice per week. Swimmers will automatically be invited to our Junior 2 when coaches feel they are prepared.

In the event that a date is changed, we would let you know as soon as we were informed of the change and provide a swap. Refunds or credits towards future months are not available for missed classes.
